Administrative and accounting manager at Novespace 

Independent, organized and in direct contact with general management, Carole Clarens is responsible for accounting and administrative operations at Novespace. She is in charge of our balance sheet, tax and accounting declarations, cashflow management, order tracking and contract centralization.

She is the contact person for administration departments, banks and auditors.

She attends meetings of the board of directors and general meetings as organizer and reporting secretary.

HR and acting troupe

As part of her human resources responsibilities, she drafts employment contracts, agreements and staff memoranda. She is also in charge of social welfare organization memberships, training follow-up, and day-to-day staff management issues such as leave, absences, reimbursement of mission expenses, transfer of payroll items, and the like.

Carole is also a member of an amateur theater company and secretary of the “Tréteaux Amateurs de Massy” acting troupe.
